Consulting Services

  • One-on-One Consulting: For one-on-one consulting services, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund.
  • Group Coaching Sessions: Refunds for group coaching sessions are available up to 7 days before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the session.

Memberships

  • Monthly Memberships: For monthly memberships, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds are not provided for partial months. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual Memberships: For annual memberships, you may request a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your request must be made within the specified refund timeframe for the product or service.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email.
